Tomorrow is the big day when I embark on my trip. I just found out I will be gone for 7 weeks, meaning an extra week to volunteer. I will be working on a small case study of Ujjivan micro-finance, writing a report and presenting a paper. My supervisor's name is Praneeta and she seems to be a very pleasant person. I am excited to meet her. Also, I can't wait to see my extended family, as it has been almost two and a half years since I last saw them. It's going to be hard to be away from my parents, sister, and friends for these 7 weeks—I will miss them dearly.
